The rosés make the reputation of this AOC and represent 80% of production. The duration of vatting determines the intensity of the color of their robe. Their aromas have notes of white and yellow fruits, even vanilla, brioche or hazelnut when the wines have been aged on lees. We also discover well-structured wines with generous reds and blanc de blancs with golden reflections. The terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation area, depending on their location, favor the freshness of the wines and their ability to age.
