Drappier is a family business founded in 1808 in Urville. Since 1930, Pinot Noir has represented nearly 70% of the vineyard, which today covers 62 hectares. Its assertive character had even made it General de Gaulle's favorite champagne since 1965. The viticulture methods are sustainable and certified organic, and the environmental commitment continues with the "carbon neutral" certification since 2016 (Ecoact).
