Madiran
Château Bouscassé has belonged to the Brumont family for several generations. It comprises 50 hectares of large clay-limestone soil along the cliff of the commune of Maumusson-Laguian. This terroir is also humorously nicknamed "Le Pied de Côte de Saint-Emilion", because Tannat gives it a wine that has certain characteristics similar to the great wines of the right bank of Bordeaux: rigour, fine structure and long potential for guard.
