The Maitres Vignerons de la Presqu'ile de Saint-Tropez have been established since 1964. This group was born from the initiative of eight winegrowers wishing to create a collective marketing site and promote their wines there. The entity brings together 10 estates and 3 large cellars on the most beautiful terroirs of Provence. It is the leading producer of Côtes de Provence. For more than 50 years, their vines have benefited from an exceptional location and the best sunshine in France. Surrounded by the sea, they extend from the hills of Gassin to the beaches of Ramatuelle.
The plots are checked once a week to pick up at perfect maturity. Harvesting takes place exclusively at night between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes. The direct pressing of the grapes protected from oxygen is followed by fermentation at low temperatures and aging on fine lees to confer richness and complexity.
