Meursault Les Clous VINE AGE 45 years
the vines are located in the commune of Meursault. The "Les Clous" plot is located to the west of the village, next to the "Les Tillets" climat Soil: marly identical to the Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru (only the topography and altitude change). Pruning is done using Guyot (Poussard) with various green work (disbudding, trellising, topping).
TASTING
A shiny, golden robe. A very fine nose marked by citrus notes. A mouth with a very strong mineral character, a very good acidity which announces a great aging potential.
DISH
Grilled, poached or milled fish. Fish in sauce such as pike in white butter or salmon with sorrel. Serve at 12°C.
