VINE AGE 60 years
The vines are located in the regional appellation area of the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet. Soil: lie flat on deep clay-limestone soil. The soil there is fine and light. Pruning is done in Guyot with various green work (disbudding, trellising, topping).
TASTING
A limpid, intense and deep color, a scent of fresh red fruit, the wood is delicate and melted. The attack on the palate is silky. The tannins are present but fine in a powerful body. The finish is firm.
DISH
Grilled meat - delicatessen - meat terrine - cheese. Serve at 14°C.
