Maranges 1er Cru Clos de la Fussière It gives off a crunchy nose of cherry and raspberry, enhanced by a wood that knows how to remain very discreet. In the mouth, we find the flesh of the cherry, on present and well coated tannins and a finish in the mouth in the freshness on slightly spicy notes

Xavier Monnot Maranges 1er Cru Clos de la FussièreXavier Monnot joined the family estate in 1994, which covers 17 ha, producing 18 different wines in nine communes of the Côte de Beaune. Maranges is the southernmost appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Le Clos de la Fussière is one of the seven premier crus of the appellation. This 1.04 ha site is the most exclusive premier cru of the Maranges, moderately steep, facing south and benefiting from numerous springs on the hillside.
