Wine Profile
Produced by Maison Vincent Girardin, this Chassagne-Montrachet is crafted from hand-harvested, sustainably farmed Chardonnay grapes. After a gentle pressing, the must is fermented in French oak barrels—30% new—then aged on fine lees for 12–14 months to build complexity and depth.
