Pinot noir for red wines and chardonnay for whites. The reds, cherry ruby, are very rich in aromas of red and black fruits, liquorice and flowers and with age gain in half-kirsch half-pepper aromas. They also offer good persistence, in particular thanks to the presence of tannins which do not dominate their fruitiness, and which gives them good aging potential. The whites excel with their bouquet of hedge flowers, with lemon, white peach and mineral notes. They can be kept for a few years.
