We are in Burgundy, the land of great single-varietal wines that reflect their terroir. Long in the mouth, the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation is fully appreciated after a few years of aging: the maturity rounds it out in a sensual and distinguished way.The rare whites of the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation have a deep gold colour. A firm and willingly heady wine, with a brioche bouquet, sometimes honeyed on a background of white flowers.
