Chevalier‑Montrachet Grand Cru “Les Demoiselles” is one of the most celebrated white wines produced by Maison Louis Latour in Burgundy. It comes from a tiny 0.51‑hectare parcel at the top of the Chevalier‑Montrachet slope, a site historically named after two sisters, Adèle and Julie Voillot. The wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay, grown on soils of clay and chalk, which contribute to its tension, finesse, and minerality.
