The Savary family is based in Maligny, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. Their vineyard comprises 20 hectares of vines cultivated using sustainable farming practices. It brings together two of the oldest winemaking families in the Chablis region. Francine Bachelier, originally from Villy, contributed land and a history spanning over 200 years.
