Château La Nerthe is one of the most beautiful and renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape estates, boasting a rich and long history. By 1750, the vineyard covered nearly 50 hectares and was already exporting throughout Europe and even to Moscow. The first bottling at the estate took place in 1784. Today, under the management of Rémi Jean, these 92 hectares of vines are cultivated organically, without chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or synthetic pesticides.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted upon arrival at the winery. They are then vinified as whole bunches. Extraction is carried out gently through daily punch-downs and pump-overs for approximately 20 days. The wine is then aged for 12 months in old barrels (70%) and large casks (30%).

The nose is a blend of strawberry, sweet spices, and sandalwood. Very complex and refined, the wine surprises with its delicate yet profound personality. A distinguished, fresh, and elegant wine.
