Winemaking/Aging
Hand-harvested. Sorted and destemmed.
Alcoholic fermentation in open vats for approximately 15 days with two punch-downs per day at the beginning.
Aged in oak barrels (10% new oak) for 12 to 15 months.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep, intense dark red.
Nose: Powerful, with warm aromas of very ripe black fruit, evolving into notes of humus.
Palate: Charming and elegant.
