La Réserve de Beauvoisie is a Brouilly, made from a selection of wines, bottled by Noël Briday, a négociant business belonging to Maison Richard.
Winemaking
Semi-carbonic maceration (whole-cluster fermentation under a carbon dioxide atmosphere). The enzymatic phase, within the undamaged berries, develops fruity notes, followed by alcoholic fermentation which transforms the sugars into alcohol.
Tasting Notes
The wine is fruity with a beautiful structure, marked by the granitic terroir of Mont Brouilly, where the grape variety thrives. The wine is supple, fresh, and luscious. A beautiful bouquet of fruit unfolds on the palate.
Serving Suggestions
It pairs perfectly with charcuterie platters, oily fish such as salmon, capon, white meats, or red fruit desserts. Serve at 13°C (55°F).
