Brilliant garnet robe. On the nose, one finds the fruit of Pinot Noir, cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant, with subtle woody notes

Eric and Chantal Pansiot settled in Corgoloin in 1981, on the 4 hectares of vines inherited from their grandparents. The estate has steadily grown and now covers 23 hectares. With a presence on each slope, they produce more than fifteen appellations. Their daughter, Emilie Pansiot, joined them in 2005. She is in charge of the winemaking. This Chorey is a blend from two parcels.

Winemaking
The destemmed grapes are fermented in vats, with maceration lasting about fifteen days. The wines are then aged in barrels for 12 months, with 20% new oak. Fining and filtration take place before bottling.

Grape variety: Pinot Noir
Powerful and structured
Alcohol: 13%

Tasting notes
Brilliant garnet color. On the nose, the fruit of Pinot Noir is evident: cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant, with subtle oak notes. On the palate, it is silky, with supple and refined tannins. The finish is delicately toasty.

Serving suggestion: Serve at around 16°C (61°F), with the flavorful meat of a free-range guinea fowl, the delicate taste of a veal chop, as well as braised meats and hot appetizers.
