Product Overview
Vincent Girardin’s Pouilly-Fuissé Old Vines is produced in the southern reaches of Burgundy’s Mâconnais region. The domaine selects low-yield, century-old Chardonnay vines planted on limestone-rich soils. Hand-harvested clusters undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels (20% new) to preserve varietal purity and add subtle spice nuances.

Winemaking & Terroir
The limestone and clay soils of Pouilly-Fuissé grant exceptional drainage and minerality. Aging on fine lees for 10–12 months enhances texture. Limited production ensures top quality in every bottle.
