Beaujolais wines

Sorta grožđa koja se koristi u proizvodnji ovih crnih vina, Beaujolais crus, je Gamay, koja svoja omiljena tla pronalazi u ovim terroirima. Također se proizvodi povjerljiva proizvodnja bijelih vina od Chardonnayja. Vinifikacija crnih vina, nakon ručne berbe, uključuje fazu maceracije grožđa u bačvama (od 5 do 7 dana) prema Beaujolais metodi. To ima učinak dekiseljavanja sokova i tako omogućuje njihovo kušanje u svom najboljem izdanju, kao što je to slučaj s poznatim Beaujolais Nouveauom. Sva vina su voćna, svježa i obilježena vlastitom "obilnom" osobnošću, ali se razlikuju prema uvjetima dozrijevanja od kojih imaju koristi.
