Chevalier-Montrachet is located at the summit, on the same hill as Montrachet. Our 0.51-hectare plot was purchased by Domaine Louis Latour in 1913 from the widow of Léonce Bocquet, the restorer of Château du Clos Vougeot.
Winemaking
Vinification in oak barrels. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged for 10 to 12 months in new, medium-toast oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
A substantial texture, precise aromatics, and intense minerality combine harmoniously, creating a sensation of boundless energy. Already magical, but made for long aging. (Terre de Vins)
